Justin Meeks

Senior Attorney

As an experienced and savvy civil litigator, Justin is the lead attorney on the vast majority of our personal injury and wrongful death cases. He leaves no stone unturned when pursuing a financial recovery for our clients and their families who have been impacted by someone’s negligence. Justin is licensed to practice in Georgia.

Ken Davis

Associate Attorney

Coming to the firm upon his retirement as Major after 29 years of service to the Cobb County Sheriff’s Office, Ken is proud to be part of our public safety team responding to critical incidents and handling POST/OPS/IA cases. Ken’s wealth of experience in command positions in IA, investigations, operations, and the training academy are invaluable in helping our first responder clients.

Christine King

Associate Attorney

Christine is proud to represent our clients in catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases. Having stared her legal career as a paralegal, Christine has found her passion in representing clients and their families who have been negligently injured or killed. She has particular expertise in trucking accident cases and is proud to be a member of the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys.

Brian Huckaby

Associate Attorney

As a former police officer, retired Naval Logistics Officer and Assistant District Attorney in Bibb County, Brian brings his extensive experience to our public safety team. Working primarily in our Macon office, he responds to critical incidents, handles POST/OPS/IA and brings his expertise to our criminal defense of public safety clients in use of force cases.

Amber Carter

Associate Attorney

Amber serves our public safety clients by responding to critical incidents and handling POST/OPS/IA disciplinary appeals. She began her foray into the legal world working for the Georgia Department of Natural Resources as their Deputy Director of Public and Governmental Affairs. As a resident of Brunswick, GA, Amber primarily serves our clients in South and Coastal Georgia.
