Kim Ralich

Kim began her second career when she started as a paralegal with the firm in 2010. Kim retired from the United States Marine Corps with the rank of Master Sergeant and spent nine years working in the JAG corps. For several years, she has been an instructor in the Kennesaw State University Paralegal Certification Program.

Julie Wiedeman

Julie has been a paralegal with the firm since 2008. Having many years of litigation experience across a wide-variety of matters, she brings a tremendous level of skill and expertise to bear on our cases.

Barbara LoRusso
Director of Client Development

Barbara joined the firm in 2009 and manages marketing strategy, including social media and community outreach. Her prior experience in private sector consulting focuses the firm on meeting our business goals.

Nadira Hamidovic
Executive Assistant

Joining the firm in 2017, Nadira is the friendly face who greets our clients and visitors and manages Lance’s busy calendar. She has a Bachelors in Criminal Justice from Kennesaw State University and was recognized as the 2016 Civilian of the year during her two years at the Marietta, GA Police Department.

Hayley Turner

Hayley joined the firm in 2018 with over 15 years of experience assisting in the handling of personal injury cases. With her extensive experience, Hayley is here to assist our clients and help manage their cases from start to finish.

Hayden Hillyer
Legal Intern

Hayden began working with the firm in 2017 while attending law school at Georgia State University. Hayden followed in his family’s footsteps by serving as police officer in Opelika, Alabama from 2014 to 2016. Prior to becoming a police officer, he played baseball at Auburn University at Montgomery, where he graduated summa cum laude in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Justice and Public Safety.
